画竹之一 画杆
准备工具：毛笔选择狼毫或专用的大兰竹笔；书画墨或书画墨汁；宣纸采用生宣；还要铺上一条专用的画画的毡毯，便于保持墨色而不会吸收和沾染。
画杆法：
画竹先画杆，干的生长特点是，竹竿上下节短，中部较长些。
画杆前把毛笔用清水洗净，然后用毛笔中锋蘸墨。
中锋蘸少许浓墨，毛笔以卧侧法，画出粗竹杆，画出的竹竿有明显的浓淡色调和明显的明暗效果，水墨的韵味在生宣上自然而生，欣赏中国画的墨晕趣味也在其中。
竹节的钩法：
点摁下，后提笔锋，再摁下（也称顿下）后再上提钩。画该节时一般画竹的上部，因为人的视觉是俯视的感觉
整个竹节的画法提、顿有非常明显的变化。看图后多练习就好了。
Lesson 6, Drawing bamboo in Chinese ink and wash painting—the method of drawing bamboo rod
First: drawing bamboo rod
Prepare tools: choose wolf writing brush or Dazhulan Brush; use painting and calligraphy ink or prepared Chinese ink and crude Xuan Paper; lie a felt special for painting which convenient for keeping the ink far from absorb and taint.
The method of drawing bamboo rod:
The first step, drawing bamboo rod, the growing character of which is short in up and down, a bit longer in the middle.
Before drawing the rod, clean the writing brush in water and then dip the ink use middle hair writing brush
Using the middle hair brush to dip a little thick ink and than lies at side of the brush to draw the thick part of the bamboo rod,, to show obviously in it’s color, strong or light, and bright and dark in effecting. The charming of Chinese Ink is naturally appeared in the crude Xuan Paper, which resulted into admirable of Traditional Chinese Painting as well.
The method of drawing bamboo burl：make a pause first, and then lift the brush, again make a pause and then lift. Drawing this burl, should draw the top the bamboo in order to accord with man’s vision.
In drawing the whole bamboo burl, it is obviously changeable in it’s lift and pause, it’s better referring the pictures when practice for easy understanding
